It is important to visit the property for routine maintenance and to look around to make sure that your property is not being damaged by pets before the lease ends.

I would think that this would depend on where you live but again, if no one is complaining, there are no charges, no police are visiting your unit on a regular basis etc and you have a lease that hasn't expired or been violated, how would you evict someone based on a rumor? 

so i have done my research regarding the websites of companies who are involved in mortgages and i have visited these companies careers section of there website, now as i was looking at the jobs there were available for each company that was and still is involved in the mortgage buisness and majority of jobs have the targeted audience of those with prior experience in the mortgage industry meaning the indivisuals who are applying "already have already been employed at another mortgage company and are now going to another mortgage company for what ever reason(s) but for those who are like myself i am just trying to get my foot in the door so that i may apply and mind you that a lot of mortgage companies don't require degree's although some mortgage companies prefer degree's to those already having been employed and very few companies require a degree, also Do mortgage companies provide finance verb for new indivisuals seeking employment when those indivisuals have no prior work experience in the mortgage industry meaning the company will pay for your nmls liscensing and your finra certificates and any other liscensure or registeration fee's in exchange for being employed at there mortgage company in any job for x amount of time rather that is part time,full time, on call, remote desk job, sales job, contractor, etc..

Alongside my long-term goal of becoming a full-time Investor, my current goal is to visit all 50 states by my birthday in July 2020.

This way when you do visit Arlington you already have a lot of knowledge and can make the most of your trip. 

I run the numbers, assist with tenant selection, execute the lease, responsible for ensuring our PI's are paid back (w/interest), and because I live an hour a away I went to work at the property once a month for the three month renovation period (1 visit I cleaned the cabinets to prep for painting, 1 visit I put new knobs on all the cabinets and hung the towel bar, toilet paper holder and a mirror in the bathroom, 1 visit I mowed the lawn and helped move trash to the curb for bulk pickup.

If I was in your situation (and I kind of am being that I'm new to REI) I'd continue visiting BP every day even if only for a few minutes to learn one thing and listen to audio books/podcasts whenever possible.

It's a neat place to visit.
