You're also able to put anything the tenant leaves behind on the street, unlike NJ, which requires 30 days of storage at the landlord's expense.

I dug more into this low rent, currently the tenant uses the upstairs as storage, not as a 3rd bed room, so really it is on HUD as a 2/1.
