It did not add to the cost of the plumbing itself but in your case you are gonna have to lay a drain for the toilet in the foundation.

Start with a solid foundation first, then work on scaling up towards your goals.

E.g. a condo I looked at had cracks in the wall & it looked like there was issues with a shifting foundation.
