I imagine the San Francisco's, Austin's, Seattle's are closer to 2 or 3 %.

They say we are the next San Francisco and I believe it! 

I plan to focus in the Fort Myers area, Lehigh acres but it doesn't mean Im not looking for deals in all the SW Fl area this would include Naples, Bonita springs, San Carlos

My commercial business tends to take me east (eastern San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire) and my residential business tends to be in Pasadena and around the Pasadena area.

I will be relocating from Austin to San Diego around July 2016.

My team and I do sales and management throughout San Diego County and work primarily with investors.
