Each unit is 2x1 and from the description, it would seem it needs little or no rehab work.

You need $100k to buy/rehab a series of flips. 

I got preapproved for a loan but I a lot of the properties need a little rehab mainly cosmetic.

@Roemeo Barnette I don’t know if it’s been addressed but the VA Loan is a lifetime entitlement that caps out at (I think) $420k meaning you could get a place occupy it and then move If you have reason to move and get another place with your va loan and rent out your previous home and repeat until your entitlement runs out and then do the same thing with your wife’s va loan til it caps.

Possibly f the bank offers rehab lending, but this will be a 2 step process.

If you are just starting out I might caution you on getting into a full gut rehab in an urban area.
