Hello,I'm from Toronto, ON (Canada) and I'm currently trying to understand what the tax implications would be if I were to invest in US multifamily (3-6 units) real estate.

I don't know much about real estate CRMS although I've had plenty of experience with regular sales platforms, (ie. hubspot, salesforce, zoho, pipedrive, etc)  I didn't want to have to sift through all the cars, but it's looking as though I may to see what fits.   

I did one last month were my client got 25k or so cash out and was 300 a month positive according to what he told me.

He threatened suit because he is a lawyer and feels he can bully people into doing what he wants.
