Done very exhaustive research on the subject   and  would love to hear your experience  when you  first  started baying your first Note.  

The problem is that this is a difficult subject to cover in a book.  

I'm technically an engineering major at the moment but i haven't even started school so it's somewhat subject to change.

Of the subject burns down what would the city/ CPU to allow it to rebuilt as!

Is there certain subject homework or research you would like to see done prior to meeting in person or before you truly begin to spend time teaching someone?

I need a system where I can enter in the subject property address, the owners name and proper mailing address then export that to excel for uploading to direct mail service providers and for emailing the leads. 

Also, depending on the level of sold units the developer may still be required to maintain the property as opposed to turning it over the HOA or they may have lost control but still have units then being subject to the will of the HOA moving forward.
