Getting a local realtor to give you and ARV would the best bet but you can use sites such as Redfin (be careful of Zillow's Zestimate) to get you in the ballpark. 

If you hit me up just after that period, I will offer to treat you to a burrito and soda and discuss our RE purchases and the mind set.

I finished a large rehab yesterday that had more go wrong than any of my previous rehabs (we have a fair amount of experience) but still only went 10 days over our aggressive schedule.  

I know we've all given our $0.02 worth on the markets, but we don't really know what you'd like to buy in particular, @Jacob Hicks. 

Or course that has a cost and its an ongoing project.Redfin was our real estate agents. 

Others may disagree, but I would highly recommend paying off all of our debt and increasing your savings rate before investing.
