All I could find on here and online was some feedback on his seminars.

Often times the property is in an auction and you have to bid on it online, or it is on a website for bank owned properties where you submit the offer.

Is there a way to make an application online and get a copy of the docs from the Riverside county website, or any other way?

Is there a BiggerPockets verion of a general business and franchising forum that anyone knows about.The sites I have found either don't see like there is hardly any traffic or the posters don't offer very good advice.I have a side business that is non REI and if I could find a online community that is as helpful as BD is for REI that would be awesome.

I searched for wholesalers online in the Chicago area and I am currently receiving emails from a couple of websites.

He's got excellent reviews online. 

As to other ventures in connection with RE, steel fabrication business, car lots, grocery store, auto service garage, construction firm/general contractor, C-store/car wash and a bar, cafe, lake resort.These came arising from basically partnering as a credit or business partner (or both) for under capitalized entrepreneurs who couldn't swing the RE purchase or lease of facilities.

I talked with several sellers agent who had properties listed online but I still haven't found anything that would make me excited.
