My student rental business allowed me to retire early, until I became restless, sold out to my partner and moved to restaurants.

I did mine at my house as I have some space for these types of meetings but you can check with local community centers or restaurants if you're lacking a meeting spot.

Hi Lorenzo, I would've thought apartments or multi-family properties were residential but for tax purposes a certain number of units qualifies the building as a commercial property along with office buildings, retail, restaurants and industrial.
