I recently relocated to Bakersfield a little over a year and a half ago.I came across this site and was overwhelmed with the amount of information here.

You need to define what you want the site to accomplish.

I was looking for REO properties for some of my clients a few days ago, and stumbled onto this web site .. all I can say is .. it's UNBELIEVABLE.

I have experienced some great success along the way and hope to learn how this web site works so that I can once again find new ways to become successful in real estate once more.

I'm excited about joining, and of the little time I've browsed through the site, I have found an abundance of great material... and apparently, great people who really do care!

Go out and look at the plans and ask the site supervisor how to contact the project manager and when are they accepting bids for final cleaning.
