Maybe take your returns to another professional to vet this "strategy" and make sure it's legit before you go recommending it to every Tom, Dick and Harry on the internet.If you're making a blanket case that "trusts don't pay taxes", then you've been grossly misinformed.While for YOUR situation it may be true that there are no taxes in the trust, you can't just make a blanket statement like that without bringing something to back it up.So - my advice - learn about this strategy so you understand the nuances of it so you can understand who benefits from it.
