Scandinavia and even modern China are great examples of countries which have elements of socialism but incorporate varying degrees of competition and capitalism - in fact one could argue modern China is more capitalistic than modern America is (at the very least in a dystopian sense).Then we must ask, does pure capitalism work?

I was on a State of CA steering committee in the mid 80s working on what to do with all these antiquated subdivisions through out america that if you used modern zoning and entitlement process's would never be approved.. the poster child was Lehigh acres and we have a big conference there with folks from all over the US.. 

You could always use the old fashioned way and post door hangers in your selected neighborhood or mail flyers.

It’s just not fashionable to say “I have a STR” or “I have a vrbo” it’s just “an Airbnb” As with most things like this, little sense is made, but the masses decide 

The house was much the same as it was when it was built, buy today it's a modern house.

I do it the old fashioned way.  

*Modern finishes and all original HVAC equipment and appliances.  

It will brighten up your kitchen with a modern look (also probably why your tenant is asking for the upgrade is because they are comparing with how modern cabinets look like in other properties)..

Something less modern?

The rough trade is being driven out by rising property prices, real estate investors are gentryifying the s*** out of the small multifamily that used to deal all the baggies and pills to any car that honked outside, the school district is making good use of the money coming in to modernize and make better hires.
