A little about my situation, I live in Denver but will be investing out of state in Dallas/Ft.

I have found a local group on meetup that I plan on attending the next function and I look forward with making connections with those already in my area.

One of the items high on my bucket list is to attend the Kentucky Derby.  

Legally, Georgia sales can take place at any time during business hours on the first Tuesday (or Wednesday if the Tuesday is a holiday) of each month, so be prepared to spend some time if you are attending the sale.Generally speaking, the representative reading the Notice of Sale can represent any number of firms, so be sure you ask which firm (or firms) are being represented.
