This is the Old West End, a historical district in Toledo that has a very strict HOA/Historical Protection group that basically forbids you to use most modern building materials.

I know people who did this so they could empty the building for condo conversions.

I did use credit cards to help build my portfolio.

So, the off-season is where to build the building blocks for when you retire.

These homes are being built knowing that they will be running down the highways over bumps / rough roads at 60-70 mph, they build them to handle that, they are built using on average 20% more lumber than a site built home... just saying.
