yes the commercials can be a little funny or weird, but there are not a ton of them. and they just recently did a great podcast on the 21'st of July, that brought to my attention the importance of privacy. they talk about different levels, but they really made me interested because I don't want all my hard earned money taken away by a lazy lawyer and their client trying to come up on someone else's hard work. perfect stuff for long drives as Sam Craven said.

I suspected something like this may happen, so I brought everything to inspect the house except a ladder and was able to check out many things, but not as much as I'd of liked. - They only provide QD.- The "auction" isn't much of an auction.

If they have separate subpanels, it shouldn't be too costly to separate the services completely, having the electric company provide a second meter, as long as the existing wiring is or can easily be brought to meet current codes.
