I've also been using the weekends to head over there to walk the neighborhoods and chat with people to see who is living where, what types of people lives in each, and who I could expect to market the rentals to when ready. 

I then called with Christine Taylor, an attorney with the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and she reiterated that the setup was fine.

I wonder if I created the artificial price and waited for another non associated condo to close at the new higher price if it would clear the smell test?

Hi Marty,I am not sure who the "best" real estate attorney in OKC might be, because there are unique pros and cons associated with most attorneys. 

It's hard to tell from the language if this is a requirement (to minimize absentee out of state landlord issues) or simply to state who might be working on behalf of the out of state landlord as more of a safety precaution/heads up (e.g.

I heard of this thru a friend who had something similar go on , he cut the head off a old quickset key , put some crazy glue on it and shoved it in the lock .
