You want to verify you have a good chance of loan approval and the income numbers and expenses of the property are correct before spending all this money on other items (site inspections, legal, etc.)The key for a seller or listing broker would be getting the buyer vetted for loan assumption before going into all of these other details that take up a bunch of time and energy.
