I'm not in the mentoring business, just teaching.Phillip and  Aubrie are both very quick studies at picking up the basics, I expect them to do very well in RE.Phillip, I've told that story here a couple times, it's my favorite due to the circumstances and the players involved (LOL).

Time to have a substantive discussion with your parents about what they most want to happen and what is practical in the circumstances.

Sending vague information can be seen as a solicitation or "pretexting" under the color of some other matter that then leads to other solicitations, this is a touchy area.Need to spill some more beans, be more specific, what are the circumstances, are you the buyer, really are you the buyer, what is the purpose of contacting them, at what point are you contacting them, what are you asking of them??????

They will also grant an extension in circumstances like this as well.

They have a residency requirement of 12 months (unless special circumstances occur). 

I'm looking at the exact same circumstances and this information is good to hear from the experienced.

Well in most circumstances, anyway.

You can ask questions that are pertinent to your circumstances, as each individuals' situations are different.

Don't get me wrong there are circumstances were it only takes 2-3 touches, but it is not the norm.
