Can I use a VA Loan and a conventional loan together ?

My dad is a retired Veteran. He has pre qualified for a VA Loan, but Im sure he cant do much on his own.

I want to know if I get a conventional loan; can we team up to increase our buying power ?

@Tom La Rosa, I don't think "teaming up" with you getting a conventional loan is what you need. Just cosign with him. Here is a link that helps explain co-signing VA loans.
