Im mailing to absentee owners , most absentee owners would LOVE to have someone taking care of their lawn for free. im counting on people to call/text me asking for the guy's details even if they're not looking to sale. once i get them communicating ,even if they're not looking to sale(which the picture will be way clearer over the phone), ill get the chance to connect with them.a little trick i picked up from a Dale Carnegie book
