It feels strange to reach out to try to talk to people about a topic when you feel your not yet qualified to do so.

We have always used FB marketplace and yes we go through a lot of people before finding the right person but I think outlining expectations on the listing is very important!

I bet he would have done what I just outlined himself if you would have called him when you noticed it.

As mentioned in the comments here, check out the REIAs in your area and use the platform to find the people and topics of interest that align with your journey.The webinars, blogs, forums, podcasts and books have a lot of what you need.

You need to type in some key words regarding funding and research the thousands of threads that have already discussed the topic.
