I will have that as a home base, trying to aim for young professionals like myself who want to be close to NY for work.I am torn bc I work remote and technically can invest anywhere but I would have to stay there over a year to set it up and per the loan reqs.

And technically it doesn't have to be complete to take title to it (although with financing your lender probably will not lend to you without a certificate of occupancy).
