Checking to see if this possible. I will be entering contract shortly with a 90 day close so clock for my 45 day ID period will probably start in February/March. If I'm interested in a new build (multis) and I am able to get it underway prior to my 45 day clock and my completion timeline falls within the 180 day total period am I able to identify it (45 day) even though it is not finished?

I will have backups identified as well just in case but my goal is to make this happen. @Dave Foster I will be using you as my QI so we will obviously talk about this but maybe some info here to help others as well. Trying to gather as much intel as I can before its go time, so anyone who knows the process please join in. Thanks
