There's golf courses, walking paths, a giant lake (Morse reservoir), you can see people rafting and canoeing down the White River all summer. 

They want a good design, small, and easy to manage so they can travel and do the things they want in life (not just tied to a giant mortgage & spending time taking care of their house). 

Winston sports a great nightlife, with many great colleges like Wake Forest University- one of the more prestigious schools in the world, many excellent community colleges like Forsyth Tech, and even Historical Schools like Winston-Salem State University, even the all girls college of Salem University.
