Hey everyone, my name is John Suschak and I am new to the commercial real estate world looking to find a team of great people where I can use my experience in military and civilian project and operations management to enrich the lives of those around me. 

I think I am just learning a lesson to set boundaries. 

They've said I need to learn to be more responsible, and that I'm endangering their financial wellbeing.

They may even work with FA's or CFP's to build the team you need for this transition of retirement assets.

Not too familiar with market dynamics in that area but would love to learn more.

My team is in 20 STR-friendly markets, and we have access to tens of thousands of STR buyers and owners.

All the gurus & mentors tell you that you can do real estate with no money or credit, except, of course, for the money you have to pay them to learn plenty you could easily find for free online or just thru the School of Hard Knocks. 

Learning from those who have navigated similar paths before you can be immensely beneficial as you embark on your investment journey.I happen to be a member of the NCREIA myself.

But from those conversations I have learned it is block by block.
