Ag exempt properties are also covered by the 2 year redemption period.We teach our students and investors that the real concern for title insurance is the contestability period and they should expect a two year period on all properties before being able to obtain a title policy.

That’s 30 years.Talking concepts is very important.Talking with emotion and not logic is very important.There’s a danger in educating the seller too much and teaching techniques on how to solve the problem is never a good idea.I never do that.I don’t educate sellers.

@Andrew Jones - They are being sold as "condos" because the owner has legally split the duplex into two individual units (with separate Tax IDs).
