Duplex or condo?
I came across a home I assumed was a duplex, it is two units joined by a garage. After I contacted the number and the woman I spoke referred to them as condos. She owns both and is selling both. Either separate or together. My question is 1 what determines it being a condo and 2 is there any way to purchase both units as one single family home
