I'm not confident in my response on this one, but I have a feeling that @Rich NG or @Charlie MacPherson would know? 

To top I️t off, even if the information was accurate, homeowners would still want to use realtors to represent them because of the added comfort of having a professional with experience there to back you up and make sure you are going through the purchasing process legally and responsibly.

The paintball field would have plenty of "teenager type" positions as well as some management of those teens, potentially by older more responsible teens, marketing, maintenance, etc.

Also if this group is looking for a more detailed response  in addition to my adverse action notice as to why we are choosing another group, are the reasons listed above okay to use since they don't fall under any discrimination laws ( age, sex, religion) Thanks for your time and help with this

Still no response and gone is my 15k.

Note that most direct mail campaigns send thousands of pieces of mail (based on a mailing list...of absentee owners, for example), with very low response rates (in the single digits at best).
