Pueblo was 11th (I think) in the study. 

We got into a discussion about the studies of larger vs smaller envelopes and open/response rates. 

A forensic engineered cost segregation study is performed by a qualified construction engineer with a site survey followed by 4-6 weeks of number crunching and preparation of documentation. 

The second check, the depreciation amount, will be sent to me after I prove the work has been completed. 

The US education is well known so many Chinese families are sending their kids to the US for studies (every year more than 300,000 Chinese students arrive in the US)3) Immigration: Chinese love to get another passport and the US is top on the list.  

In order to get the maximum allowable depreciation on the properties you could do a cost segregation study. 

Chances are most students can't prove 3x monthly rent in income, have needed FICO, etc.  

I have been studying real estate investing a little while now and I'm ready to jump in and get some units under my belt.

BTW, my family and I lived in C'ville for a while when we studied and worked at UVA.

I'm a fan of doing rather than studying but that does not seem applicable here.
