Hey everyone,I am a new member living in New York City looking to invest in a few properties in South FL.

My exit strategy is if things go south to sell off houses and take the money and run, or occupy a house if it doesn't sell/rent for that reason I haven't been interested in mission but I'm siren out an a see more affordability probably similar to then wack.
