Is this really a developer or an investor just wanting to buy cheap and land bank the property until development comes along??

I was a business major with a background in finance but ended up becoming a software engineer working for startups in San Francisco.The startup I work for has grown from 4 to almost 100 people which has made the hours more manageable and given me time to explore other entrepreneurial pursuits.I've saved up a small sum of cash to invest this year and I hope to learn a lot in my time here :)

Joseph Weisenbloom: I would take the information as a 75% solution due to the fact of not knowing the algorithm used for the software nor the categories used to determine what is/is not considered "crime".

There are a lot of potential cash buyers around BP but people only like doing deals with people they can see :) Photos develop trust!

If you're good at keeping the customer happy, and get good at bringing in business once you advance somewhat, you can get on the partnership track and make some very serious money.If you're willing to move to a different field, computer hardware and software engineer continue to be a lucrative field.

I agree with you completely but if you are not set up to develop and manage a database you can still get more deals across the line by getting better at closing and negotiating.

If the lease doesn't cover tenant improvements, what protection can be developed for the buyer?
