Can anybody recomend a good program or service that will allow you to search properties by type, equity, size, number of units, age etc......

Numbers convey color, character, temperature, size, and all the rest of it in real estate.  

And there is a lot of constructive criticism @Bill S. and there is nothing wrong with that, but lets all not lose focus on the main thing here, which is supported in any shape size or form. 

I'm sure it varies on size of deal though.

Based on the size, my only option for selling would be the 3 surrounding neighbors.

I would like to ask the entire BP community about your advice/suggestion/feedback based on your real estate/tax expertise in a dilemma of exit strategy my business partner and I will have to deal with our properties.Back in a couple of years ago, we bought a 2,100 sq ft resident property with an adjacent empty land in same size for $400k.

The next neighborhood, Irvine is at least 700,000+ or even higher with decent size SFR (and I only talking about 1600+sqft).

WIndow size is fine.

Tenant may plant the beds adjacent totheir dwelling to their liking, but only with those plants that are ofappropriate size and type for the beds. 

So if you're making one room bigger and another smaller, you'll have to increase the size of the radiator in the large room and decrease the size in the smaller room.
