I've notified the HOA because roofing is under their responsibility but - I highly doubt it gets taken care of soon enough.Does anyone know - can I buy an umbrella policy even though 1 of my units has no homeowners or rental insurance on it?

For more adventurous ones - we have bought houses off of Craigslist, from foreclosure sales, from wholesalers , and even found a seller we were buying her house from had another one she was willing to sell us at the closing table!  

Here's a first...Throughout the year's I've ran numbers on numerous properties, single-family and multi-family.

However, once the Fed cuts rates, even slightly, it could have a significant impact.

In addition you are calling us scumbags, thieves and cheats and we have never even spoke to you. 

Even New York where you can't see if the applicant has a history of eviction.

If you get a single or primary point of contact, call that a win and count yourself lucky. 

Reach out to your network, the California Apartment Association, or local real estate investment groups for referrals.Be aware that insurance premiums in California may increase even more.

Sorry Bryan but Bill is correct on this one, it is possible to have more than one VA loan on a single certificate.
