Congrats on moving to self management!

When your SELF EDUCATION matches your HUNGER you will do GREAT things.

Obviously the military does not pay you overtime/commission/bonus so this would delay your ability to qualify if you were relying on this income.If you decided to go the self-employed route/start your own business, you would need to show two years of income on your tax returns in order to use any of the income as qualifying income. 

I feel if you are farely new you should give your self small actionable to do lists to cross off and achieve. 

The IRS recently provided guidance regarding eligibility under the CARES Act and specified that a qualified individual includes an individual who has a reduction in pay (or self-employment income) due to COVID-19.

They had changed management a few times, and are now self managed (yikes).

I am self-employed and own 2 businesses that allow me to be very flexible with my schedule so I'm not worried about the time commitment.

Work can be painting my side of the duplex or through self education.
