Chicago 6 Flat Needs Financing
I am listing a 6 flat that we manage and we have it under contract with a buyer that had a lender lined up. This lender has stopped the particular loan product this buyer was using and I was seeing if I can find someone that can still do this.
The buyer was going a solo 401k loan that was non recourse. I may have said that wrong or more info someone reading this might need but if anyone can help or direct me to an option that has this type of product it will be greatly appreciated.

@Jonathan Klemm I will be honest, I know little about the finance approach. I am representing the seller on the deal and buyer asked if I knew anyone. I was hoping I find someone that can teach you and me. Ha.
