( which is of course what we hope happens as we dont' want to see someone lose their home)can't re work the loan.. lender will set a foreclosure date as soon as they get a relief from stay.chapter 7 is a liquidation... and it will be liquidated by the trustee at fair market value.

BPers - I am borrowing money from a private lender soon and seek best practices around picking a loan servicer (lender doesn't have one). 

Now seeking real estate lawyer to get the prior owner out and me in to do the reno.

Brand new here, and I don't have a specific timeline or plan for seeking financing - could be first home purchase of SF or MF, and I also have a business for which I might want to get a line of credit at some point - but in the meantime I thought it might be a good idea to join a local credit union to facilitate future plans if folks here have any that they strongly recommend.

Seek out those agents and interview many brokers and look for what meets your needs and going to provide guidance.

We are seeking for experience and advice from anyone who has already done this.
