For me a few-call/text tenants in path check on their safety and safety of property-have several "go to" guys for emergency repairs-keep the news/weather on at all times keep watch-update property owners of the status of their property and make plans to drive the area where storms rolled through-watch for roofing signs in the area, often a good indicator that a rental you have might have hail damage as well, saves putting in a claim when not needed.just a few I am sure I will think of more though.
