I was looking into buying more timeshare points but when I talked to the timeshare company about bonus time and inventory specials I found out that I didn't have to use the points but instead I could just buy certain days at a discounted price and resell them.

I doubt they'll accept an offer with an assignment clause, so would you be looking to actually purchase then resell?

I'm thinking seconds may be easier to start with for economical reasons, and they may be easier to get paid off, or re-performing to re-sell at a later point.

The investor can be the one to obtain the home at a discounted price from the park, make some improvements and resell.

Topics/Questions: Where are the hot neighborhoods to buy and own or to rehab and flip; is the market saturated with opportunity hunters;  how long are properties on the market; average time from seeing/finding, closing, rehabbing, staging/marketing and reselling?  

Now you're not getting money coming in but as the lender you owe the park rent and all other expenses until you can repossess, repair, and resell the unit.I've been flipping mobile homes in parks for years.
