Get creative Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

If it's feasible I always recommend to start investing locally and sourcing the deals, contractors and if interested manage yourself.

I highly recommend hiring a local RE attorney to draft this unique document.

Above all, I recommend you read this book that David Greene recommends - Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene.

There are several threads here on BP with servicer recommendations, but here are a few of the common names in the industry.
