I think you should figure out what specific areas you want to start looking to buy in, what kind of property you can mentally and financially afford to get into, and other things that will help you gauge where you stand.

As of right now, we are focusing our efforts on establishing our BSOW program and after doing so we will be moving to online ads looking for drivers as well as promoting our website to generate property leads.

Because i was working at the contracting company doing marketing they asked me to join all the local real estate groups to try to promote the contracting business.
