As a lawyer (but neither a health care nor tax lawyer, so I may very well be in over my head) I took a look at tax court cases and found a consistent theme: courts holding that real property is never considered to be "merchandise" and thus cannot be inventory.

My mother struggles with her health , and over the last few years since the demolition I recently came into some extra cash - literally as I’m waiting for the check to clear in the bank , license and inspection put a notice of “unsafe structure” on my mothers door and told her she had 30 days to get the crack fixed or her home would be demolished !

Hi - On a LAundry Room issue - install another one or two washers with dryer if there is room, this is just food for thought - apparently the person or persons involved, they have lots of clothing they need cleaned - how can u control a person health and welfare.

I see GP raisers get up to 40% of the GP equity, and share in the acquisition fee and promote. 25% doesn't seem like enough to me.
