Anyway these have been good but I had another one for about 5 years and I got the wrong tenant and she burned me out and I sold it. it just depends on the tenants you get.

Better write-offs with faster depreciation would bring in more high earners.Greenspan said one cheap solution to the housing glut would be to burn houses.Kind of like burning wheat to stabalize prices.
