To do either of these, you need exposure to the business in real working environments, and for that you must make powerful offers to work for others that raises you above the crowd to get hired on, and you must make what I call - an uncommon offer.

Knowledge is power, but when you are physically in the situation, you are forced to act and need to find a way to make it work!

People make the mistake of striking a deal with the beneficiary thinking that they have power because at some point they’ll either own the property or reap some benefit from the property.

They cut all the power lines.  

It probably only rented 65% of the time in the winter (Ice Carnival time was always booked); however, the real issue was spring time when skiing wasn't good, but boating/mountain biking/golfing/hiking was still too snowy and muddy. 

Be very careful though because if you still have a letter from 3 months ago your purchasing power may have decreased.
