If you mean "pick one strategy" and go with it, that would be one of the worst mistakes you could make.

If the categories were fixed so you could manage your purchases better it would be a much better card.Vantage West Credit Union CC lets you pick a 5% category that does not rotate. 

Matt is right, a good inspector should pick up on problems, but scoping the drains will require a second inspector.

I can pick the "super-saver" tile at less than $1psf or I can do terrazzo at $40+psf.  

Maybe they need help cleaning up a job site, writing letters, landscaping, posting bandit signs, sweeping the floor… maybe you just go and pick up their lunch and run errands every day.

Since you have a full time job, I would pick one market and learn that market in and out.
