I see no point in enforcing a tenant change (because that's what invariably will happen if one goes too high) if and when I have a perfectly good tenant.

I'm generally fine with doing work without SD City blessing, but on a congested street in PB I can't imagine I would get away with just cutting the curb forever.

I didn`t bother to try and bomb the property(as soon as I saw it, I wrote it off as a viable residence) In general, upstate SC is beautiful, and both the climate and economy are superior to much of the rest of the country - there is a lot to like about the area; jobs galore and the perfect "sweet spot" of nearly ideal climate and low taxes/cost of living, coupled with a booming economy and (still-rising) housing market, so I don`t sweat this crappy/demolition-ready mobile Anyway....I`m back off to NY tomorrow morning, so this whole thing has been a learning experience for me :groovy: , and I just wanted to share :wink: RE investing,....it`s not just a job, it`s an adventure :lol:

A friend of mine just changed provider to get a new iPhone on a contract, and I'm actually not impressed - it looks really nice, but for usability I actually prefer my XDA (although that could be something to do with spending a year picking out the perfect apps and customising my install of Windows Mobile).If you want 'the gadget', and like to look cool, I agree the iPhone is far sexier than my brick, though :)
