So the township called me yesterday and had a nice chat.

#helpme I am online looking at the assessed value of the property and it is way below what they are asking.

After asking for advice from some family that has done this type of work in the past and learning several different methods online i was ready to tackle the what seemed impossible tub remodel.I'm not going to bore you with all the little things that i learned that need to be done but i ended up going with the cement backerboard method.

Along with gathering information online, I've also been watching a ton of videos on youtube and that is how I stumbled across BiggerPockets.

I would like to chat about Austin separately with you since you have multiple properties there.

At this point, I am looking at property online and talking to potential agents via email.  

I am looking for anyone in the area who might have any advice or tips for me, and even further someone who might be willing to chat on the phone or in person.

I'll check them out online with the various local KW brokerages.
