over the period of time , we have observed that Individuals or entity get paid finders fee / consulting fee specially on commercial transactions .I would like some feedback.

Purchase price: $380,000 Cash invested: $60,000 This is a single family, brick home in SLC Utah, split entry with a big back yard.

Hey Everyone, Im purchasing a property for a fix and flip.

One option I see is including the fee in my listing (which puts me at a disadvantage to others as I will have higher fees until they all get the same email as I did), then leave the guest a check on the counter for them to use when they register.  

Usually I don't even bother giving reviews and when I do it's one or two lines.

Exactly what @Noah Wright said and I would double down on #2.
