Now I am pulling in those numbers from a completely different industry, so you would need to find someone from the field who knows more than I do.

I am just trying to become educated in this field and if I make the jump give it a 110% to become successful. 

I can see WHY no one wants to hand over agreements (even tenancy contracts) with all the variable "case law" that keeps these attorneys playing both ends of the field, and the Crown livery corporate subsidiaries, trying to 'bribe' the attorneys in D.C., to appease them inter / nationally, on down to their state, county and city... places of business.

Earthquake and tsunami risk aside even just having tons of ash dumped on numerous properties sounds devastating.  

In the mean time, I will continue to follow post and gain insight into this motivating and exciting field.

You can't expect to go to business in a field where you have no clue about.

It really energizes you about going into the real estate field!

I'd say too that gurus, mentors or coaches take an "instructional" view of "let me tell you how this is done" not "how can this best be done" requiring a student to utilize certain principles within a set of rules and then apply that to problem solving.....that's teaching.Before you can get to the thought provoking aspects of learning, there is the foundation that must be understood, that goes to anything in technical and professional fields of business.
