Due to COVID, there have been numerous healthcare travelers committing to short-term assignments (typically 13 weeks) in Seattle.  

Simply let them know that those were after tax funds it may have been an error at account set up.

Would the title company he liable/obligated to pay the ground rent or redeem it outright in my behalf due to the error?

I've spoken to countless fellow OOS investors who have given up on OOS investments b/c their property mgmt costs were way higher than expected and they went through numerous firms b/c they felt that they weren't trustworthy and/or nickel and diming them.

After a nightmare experience with a contractor that we kicked off the job back in April, we finally have our flip (was supposed to be a buy-and-hold property, but crooked contractor soooo) under contract.Title discovered a bogus mechanical lien from back in June 2020 that is ridden with errors and invalid per the state of Texas re: incorrect dates, incorrect addresses, didn't send us a certified copy (listed his own address instead).Anyone have experience with this and still was able to proceed with this sale?
